Clients remain responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage and ensuring that proper safety infrastructure is in place.
Al Bataeh shall only be liable for damages directly resulting from proven negligence of our personnel within the agreed scope of duty. Any detailed responsibilities, reporting procedures, and coverage scope will be clearly defined in the official service agreement.
Cleaning & Pest Control Service Limitations
- Cleaning results depend on property condition and maintenance history.
- Pest control results may vary depending on infestation severity and environmental conditions.
- Disinfection services reduce contamination risk but do not eliminate all pathogens permanently.
6. Liability
Al Bataeh shall only be liable for direct damages proven to result from our negligence during service delivery.
We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Events beyond our reasonable control
Full liability terms may be defined in individual service agreements.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of:
- Non-payment
